Responsibilities :

1. Providing accurate and comprehensive legal advice to clients on various matters, including but not limited to contracts, regulations, compliance, litigation, and risk management.

2. Resolving legal disputes through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution methods (such as mediation or arbitration), or litigation when necessary. This involves analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each party's position and advising clients on the most appropriate course of action.

3. Maintaining effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their matters, explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and managing client expectations.
